Overview

Casey E. Donahue, Esq. was born in Delray Beach, Florida. She moved to Tallahassee, Florida, when she was accepted to Florida State University. There, she earned her Bachelors Of Science undergraduate degree where she majored in International Affairs. She graduated at the top of her class, cum laude.

After graduating from Florida State University, Attorney Donahue attended and graduated from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law.  While attending law school, Attorney Donahue was apart of the Personal Injury Clinic where her love for personal injury law began. She also was the Managing Editor of the ILSA Journal of International & Comparative Law as well as the Vice President of Education for Toastmasters International. Attorney Donahue again graduated at the top of her class, magna cum laude.

After graduating from law school, Attorney Donahue passed the Florida Bar Exam and was admitted by the Supreme Court of Florida to the practice of law in Florida. She then passed the Georgia Bar Exam and was admitted by the Supreme Court of Georgia to the practice of law in Georgia. Most recently, she was admitted by the Supreme Court of Texas to the practice of law in Texas.

Attorney Donahue accepted an attorney position at the Law Offices of Kanner & Pintaluga in Palm Beach County, Florida. There, Attorney Donahue settled over 3,500 personal injury cases including: car accidents, slip-falls, premise liability, food poising, bed bugs, and beverage burns.

In June 2020, Attorney Casey E. Donahue was certified as a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, one of the most prestigious personal injury groups in the United States.

Membership is limited to attorneys who have won million and multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements. The Million Dollar Advocates Forum awarded Attorney Donahue with membership in recognition of her excellence in advocacy.

Founded in 1993, the Million Dollar Advocates Forum members comprise fewer than 1% of lawyers in the United States, with approximately 5,000 members around the country.  Membership has been based upon strict objective qualifications.

Now, Casey E. Donahue, Esq. is the managing attorney of the personal injury practice of Defender Donahue Law PLLC.  The law firm focuses on helping clients throughout the State of Florida navigate the various challenges and pitfalls of personal injury cases.
